Select the mixing paddle according to the material:


• For thin materials (e.g., beverages, viscosity ≤1000cP): 

Use a three-bladed propeller at 100-1000 rpm for fast and uniform mixing.


• For thick materials (e.g., ointments, asphalt, viscosity 1000-50000cP): 

Use a slanted-blade anchor paddle with a 5-8mm gap between the blade and the container/tank wall to prevent sticking; speed 20-100 rpm.


• For materials containing particles (e.g., sludge, mineral slurry, particle diameter ≤5mm): 

Use a serrated dispersion paddle to prevent particle clumping; suitable power 1.5-15kW.

The motor and seals are practical enough:


• Motor: All models use the IE3 high-efficiency motor, with power ranging from 0.75-22kW, saving 15%-20% more energy than ordinary motors, with no impact during startup and operating noise ≤75 decibels;


• Sealing: Single-end face seal for general chemical applications, with a pressure resistance of 1.6MPa; Double-end face seal for food and pharmaceutical applications, supporting online cleaning; Magnetic seal for high-temperature and high-pressure applications (temperature ≤200℃, pressure ≤2.5MPa), completely leak-proof.

Adaptable to different environments:


It can withstand a temperature range of -20℃ to 180℃, and the key components are made of 316L stainless steel. It is resistant to acid and alkali concentrations of ≤40%, making it suitable for both low-temperature workshops in the north and acidic wastewater environments in electroplating plants.
