The Keheng Side Entry Mixer is a professional mixing device specially designed for special industrial scenarios. Unlike top entry mixers, it adopts a side-wall horizontal installation design, which does not occupy the top space of the container, making it ideal for large-volume storage tanks (≥50m³), special-structure reaction kettles and continuous production lines. It is suitable for mixing large-volume, high-viscosity and large-particle materials, and can effectively solve the problems of uneven mixing and high maintenance cost of traditional vertical mixers, bringing more convenience to your production.
The mixer adopts an integrated side-mounted structure, which is firm and durable. It is equipped with a high-torque IE3 motor and a hard-tooth surface reducer, which has high transmission efficiency and strong load-bearing capacity, ensuring stable operation under high-load conditions for a long time. The mixing shaft is made of 304/316L stainless steel (optional according to working conditions), with anti-corrosion and anti-wear surface treatment, which can resist the corrosion of acid, alkali and other corrosive materials. The special curved or straight impellers are designed based on fluid mechanics, which can eliminate mixing dead angles, with a mixing uniformity of more than 95%. The double-protection sealing system (mechanical seal + packing seal) ensures zero leakage, protecting the purity of materials and the safety of production.
Considering that the side entry mixer is usually large in size, we adopt a more secure packaging scheme. The key parts such as the motor and reducer are wrapped with shock-absorbing foam and waterproof cloth, and the whole machine is fixed in a customized wooden case to prevent shaking and collision during transportation.
