Keheng Side Entry Mixer adopts a side-wall horizontal installation design, which effectively solves the problems of uneven mixing, low efficiency and high maintenance cost of traditional vertical mixers in large-scale storage tanks, special-structure reaction kettles and continuous production lines. It is specially designed for special working conditions such as large volume, high viscosity and large particles, and can realize stable and efficient mixing without occupying the top space of the container.

Core Structure: Integrated and Wear-Resistant Design
The mixer adopts an integrated side-mounted structure, including high-torque IE3 motor, hard-tooth surface reducer, wear-resistant mixing shaft and double-protection sealing system. It is especially suitable for large-volume storage tanks with a volume of ≥50m³. The mixing shaft is made of 304/316L stainless steel (optional according to working conditions), with anti-corrosion and anti-wear surface treatment. The special curved or straight impellers are designed based on fluid mechanics, which can ensure full-range mixing of materials in the container and realize zero leakage through double-protection sealing.
