The Heavy-duty Hastelloy Top Entry Mixer is designed for extreme refinery conditions including high sulfur crude oil, chloride-rich media, and high-viscosity petroleum fluids. Built with Hastelloy alloy (C276 / C22 optional), it ensures long-term stability in corrosive environments.
Hastelloy wetted parts resist acids, chlorides, H₂S and refinery chemicals.
High torque gearbox system supports continuous 24/7 refinery operation.
Optimized impeller system ensures full tank circulation and no sedimentation.
Designed according to tank size, viscosity, temperature and process needs.
