Packaging & Shipping

Under normal circumstances, before delivery, Keheng mixer will judge according to the category of products, there are ordinary wooden boxes and fumigated wooden boxes. For the mixer that has been fully assembled, the worker will pack the impeller with bubble film, and install the motor and reducer with transparent protective film to prevent rust during transportation and corrosion by seawater molecules during shipping. Subsequently, the worker will firmly fix the mixer on the support column of the wooden box through the connecting flange, and then nail the wooden box around, and finally spray the attention mark on the surface of the box, that is, the packaging is completed and ready to be shipped.

Installation of side entry mixer: The same as the installation method of top entry mixer, before the motor and reducer enter the factory, Keheng factory will prepare the rack first, and there will be special workers to produce and polish the various types of rack, so as to reduce the waiting time of customers. After the motor and reducer come in, the prepared parts will be installed immediately. Unlike the top entry mixer, due to the influence of gravity, the impeller is generally not installed on the idling test, and the impeller is installed and packaged after the test is completed.
