Product Packaging
Outer packing: A strong wooden box or steel frame is usually selected as the outer packing material for the mixer. These materials provide sufficient support and protection to ensure that the equipment is not damaged in transit.
Internal fillers: During the packaging process, fillers such as foam, bubble wrap or foam particles are used for shock absorption and cushioning to protect the mixer from damage caused by collisions and vibrations during transportation.
Fixed equipment: Ensure that the mixer can be firmly fixed in the package to avoid movement and shaking during transportation, thus reducing the possibility of damage to the equipment.
Moisture-proof measures: Add moisture-proof materials, such as desiccant or moisture-proof bags, to the package to keep the device dry and prevent rust of metal parts.
Package marking: Clearly mark the type, weight, size, precautions and other information of the mixer on the outer package for accurate identification and processing by the transportation company and the receiver.
Insurance: For expensive equipment, it is recommended to purchase transportation insurance to ensure compensation in the event of an accident.
