Product Overview

The Carbon Steel Side Entry Mixer is engineered for Flue Gas Desulfurization (FGD) systems used in coal-fired power plants and industrial emission control facilities. Working Principle

The side entry mixer generates axial flow inside the tank through a high-efficiency impeller mounted at a specific angle. This creates a continuous circulation loop, preventing solid particles from settling at the bottom.

The flow pattern ensures uniform concentration distribution, which improves desulfurization reaction efficiency and reduces chemical waste.

Flow Mechanism: Motor → Gear Reducer → Shaft Rotation → Axial Impeller Flow → Tank Circulation
