High-efficiency industrial mixing solution for FGD systems in power plants, designed for stable slurry circulation, anti-settling performance, and long-term continuous operation.
The Carbon Steel Side Entry Mixer is engineered for Flue Gas Desulfurization (FGD) systems used in coal-fired power plants and industrial emission control facilities. It ensures continuous slurry motion, prevents sediment accumulation, and improves chemical reaction efficiency between limestone and flue gas components.
This mixer is widely used in large-diameter storage tanks where bottom sedimentation and uneven concentration are critical operational challenges.
The side entry mixer generates axial flow inside the tank through a high-efficiency impeller mounted at a specific angle. This creates a continuous circulation loop, preventing solid particles from settling at the bottom.
The flow pattern ensures uniform concentration distribution, which improves desulfurization reaction efficiency and reduces chemical waste.
