In terms of structural design, Keheng Side-Mounted Agitator adopts a modular design concept, which is composed of a driving device, a transmission mechanism, an impeller assembly, a sealing device and a mounting base. The driving device selects high-efficiency variable-frequency motors from well-known international brands, which have the advantages of low energy consumption, low noise and long service life, and can realize stepless speed regulation according to different mixing process requirements, with a speed range of 10-300r/min. The transmission mechanism uses precision planetary gear reducers, which have high transmission efficiency (up to 98%) and strong load-bearing capacity, ensuring the stable transmission of power.
In terms of intelligent control, the agitator is equipped with a full set of intelligent monitoring systems, which can real-time monitor parameters such as motor current, temperature, vibration and seal leakage. Once an abnormal situation occurs, the system will automatically alarm and take protective measures (such as shutdown, speed reduction) to ensure the safe operation of the equipment.
