Side Eentry Storage Tank Mixer For 5000M3
KEHENG's Side Entry Storage Tank Mixer is an ideal solution for large 5000M3 tanks, designed to meet the demands of various industries, including petroleum, chemical, and wastewater treatment. With a motor power ranging from 4-55kw and output speeds between 50-350rpm, this mixer is highly versatile.
Our mixers feature durable mechanical seals, with options for single or double mechanical seals, as well as conventional stuffing boxes with quenching, flushing, or water jacket variations to ensure a reliable and efficient sealing solution.
We offer multiple material options, including:
Q235B and 45# carbon steel with rubber, PO, PTFE, FRP, or enamel coatings
304 SS and 316L SS stainless steel
2205 duplex stainless steel
2507 duplex stainless steel

Oil & Gas
When crude oil is produced, it’s accompanied by sand, salt and other unwanted debris.
Until the crude is delivered to the refinery, bottom sludge & water (BS&W) can settle on the bottom of a tank. Keheng Mixing Side Entry Mixer keeps BS&W in suspension by generating the right fluid velocity distribution to provide the highest and most efficient performance.
Advantages:
(1) Preventing the accumulation of deposits in storage tanks, especially in crude oil tanks, they can serve as a tank-cleaning function, replacing cumbersome manual tank cleaning and increasing the effective capacity of the tank. (2) Maintaining the uniformity and preventing stratification of well-mixed oil products.
(3) Mixing two or more components to obtain qualified blended products within a specified time.
