 Product Description

1.What causes the abnormal noise when the mixer is running?

Abnormal noise may be caused by:

Loose or worn parts of the mixer: Check the parts of the mixer to make sure they are tight and not worn. Repair or replace parts if necessary.

Bearing failure: Bearings may make noise due to wear or insufficient lubrication. Please check the bearings and perform necessary maintenance or replacement.

Unstable installation: Make sure the mixer is properly mounted on a firm stand and is not loose or offset.


2.What if the mixer speed cannot be adjusted?

If the mixer speed cannot be adjusted, check the following:

Controller failure: Make sure that the mixer controller is working properly and that the adjustment button or knob is not damaged. Repair or replace the controller if necessary.

Power problems: Check that the power supply is stable and ensure that the power cord of the mixer is connected correctly.

Motor failure: If the motor is damaged or malfunctioning, it may cause the speed to be unable to be adjusted. Please contact professional maintenance personnel for inspection and repair.


3.What if the mixer overheats during operation?

If the mixer overheats while running, it could be one of the following reasons:

Overload: Check whether the mixer exceeds its rated load. If so, reduce the load or upgrade to a higher power mixer.

Fan failure: Check whether the mixer fan is working properly. If the fan does not provide sufficient cooling, it may cause the mixer to overheat. Please contact maintenance personnel for inspection and repair.

Ambient temperature is too high: If the ambient temperature is too high, the mixer may be affected. Make sure that the ambient temperature around the blender is appropriate and that adequate ventilation is provided.
